LUXLOU_QK Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

1. Program Purpose

The Affiliate Program is designed to provide individuals with an opportunity to introduce potential customers interested in wooden louver shutters, decorative wooden slats, and related products offered by LuxLouQK, and earn commissions according to the program policy.

2. Eligibility

This program is open to:

• Owners of social media accounts, websites, blogs, or other online communication channels.

• Architects, interior designers, construction consultants, contractors, and individuals capable of referring potential customers.

• Employees currently working full-time for LuxLouQK are not eligible to participate unless otherwise specified by the company.

3. Customer Attribution Process

A customer will be considered referred by an Affiliate when all of the following conditions are met:

• Customer information is submitted through the Affiliate link or registration form provided by LuxLouQK.

• The customer is new and does not already exist in Luxe Louver’s customer database.

• The customer has a genuine purchasing demand and completes a successful transaction.

In cases where multiple Affiliates refer the same customer, attribution will be granted to the Affiliate who first submits valid customer information as confirmed by the system.

4. Commission Structure

• When a referred customer successfully signs a contract, the Affiliate will receive a commission based on the contract value as follows:

  Contract Value (Equivalent in USD*)

• 3% with commission RateBelow USD 2,000

• 5% with From USD 2,000 to under USD 4,000

• 7% with From USD 4,000 to under USD 6,000

• 10% with above USD 6,000

  Special Bonus

  In addition to the commission rates above, Affiliates will receive an extra USD 200 bonus for:

  • Contracts valued at USD 3,200 or more; or

  • Customers involved in projects, construction works, villas, resorts, hotels, restaurants, or commercial developments.

  Exchange Rate

  * The contract value thresholds shown above are calculated using a reference exchange rate of USD 1 = VND 25,000.

  * Commission and bonus payments will be calculated and paid in Vietnamese Dong (VND) based on the actual exchange rate applied by the company at the time of commission payment.

  Examples

  • Contract value equivalent to USD 1,600 → Commission: USD 48 (3%)

  • Contract value equivalent to USD 3,200 → Commission: USD 160 (5%) + USD 200 Bonus = USD 360

  • Contract value equivalent to USD 8,000 → Commission: USD 800 (10%) + USD 200 Bonus = USD 1,000

Payment Schedule

• Payments will be processed from the 5th to the 15th of each month for eligible orders completed during the previous month.

Payment Method

• Bank transfer to the account information registered by the Affiliate or via PAYPAL.

6. Marketing and Promotion Guidelines

Affiliates are permitted to:

• Share product information on websites, Facebook, TikTok, Zalo, YouTube, and other lawful platforms.

• Use images, videos, and promotional materials provided by Luxe Louver.

Affiliates are prohibited from:

• Providing misleading or inaccurate information regarding products, pricing, or company policies.

• Impersonating the Luxe Louver brand or its employees.

• Running advertisements that violate applicable laws or damage the company’s reputation.

• Sending spam messages, emails, or engaging in activities that cause inconvenience to customers.

7. Termination of Participation

Luxe Louver reserves the right to suspend or terminate an Affiliate’s participation if any of the following activities are detected:

• Fraudulent generation of leads, customers, or fake orders.

• Violations of promotional and marketing guidelines.

• Actions that negatively affect the Luxe Louver brand image.

• Providing false or misleading information.

Any commissions generated through violations of these terms will not be paid.

8. Confidentiality

Affiliates agree to keep confidential all customer information, quotations, business policies, and internal data provided during the course of cooperation with Luxe Louver.

Such information may not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent from Luxe Louver.

9. General Terms

Luxe Louver reserves the right to modify, supplement, or update this Affiliate Policy at any time to align with business operations and market conditions.

Continued participation in the Affiliate Program following any policy updates constitutes acceptance of those changes.
